OUR BAS Studio
Located at 261 Waterloo Street, B.A.S Studio is your ideal jamming destination.
With acoustic treatment, sound isolation walls, and soundproof curtains, it’s designed to ensure every note resonates beautifully—perfect for jamming, rehearsals, recording for music videos, live streaming, gigs, and more!
Beyond that, our jamming studio is fully equipped with amenities such as a grand piano, percussion instruments, sound system, music stands, an attached toilet, and Wi-Fi, so you don't have to rent equipment outside.
Whether you're rehearsing for an upcoming gig or simply jamming for the love of music, our space is tailored to meet your needs.

At B.A.S Studio, we’re dedicated to supporting the musical community. To support bands, ensembles, and solo artists on their creative journey, we’re offering a 15% discount for music-related events!
Schedules
Off-Peak Period (Minimum 1.5hrs booking)
Mondays - Thursdays (9 am - 11 pm)
Fridays (9 am - 6 pm)
Peak Period (Minimum 2.5hrs booking)
Fridays (6 pm - 11 pm)
Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays (9 am - 11 pm)

OUR STUDIO POLICIES
Extension Policy
Extensions beyond the minimum hire period are available in 30-minute increments. Please ensure your booking includes 30 minutes for set-up and tear-down if required.
Cancellation Policy
Payment will be forfeited if a cancellation is made within 14 working days of the booking.
Rescheduling is allowed for cancellations made more than 14 working days in advance, subject to availability.
