About percussion

More than just drums

What your child plays

Pitched instruments such as xylophone, marimba and bells, and non pitched instruments such as snare drum, drum set, bass drum and cymbals.

Who it suits

Good percussionists need a steady sense of time and the focus to count long rests and come in exactly right. Outgoing children often enjoy it.

No instrument to buy

Percussion instruments are available at the studio, so your child can start without buying a full set.
