OUR BAS Studio
Located at 261 Waterloo Street, our studio is acoustically treated with sound isolation walls and soundproof curtains.
The venue is also equipped with amenities, including a grand piano, complete orchestra percussion set, projector, Wi-Fi, and an attached toilet.
Its central location offers easy access to multiple MRT stations, making it convenient for your event needs.

Please note that booking is only confirmed after full payment!

Off-Peak Period (Minimum 1.5hrs booking)
Mondays - Thursdays (9 am - 11 pm)
Fridays (9 am - 6 pm)
Peak Period (Minimum 2.5hrs booking)
Fridays (6 pm - 11 pm)
Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays (9 am - 11 pm)
OUR STUDIO POLICIES
Extension Policy
Extensions beyond the minimum hire period are available in 30-minute increments. Please ensure your booking includes 30 minutes for set-up and tear-down if required.
Event Preparation and Clearing
Kindly note that staff support for event set-up or venue clearing is not provided. We recommend factoring in sufficient preparation and clean-up time when booking.
Cancellation Policy
Payment will be forfeited if a cancellation is made within 14 working days of the booking.
Rescheduling is allowed for cancellations made more than 14 working days in advance, subject to availability.
